Ruby Tuesday - Journey Home

Ireland...it isn't all green. The coast is sandy and the water is crystal blue. The town is Castlegregory and this is Dingle Bay. A solitary walk in a red coat on the shores of my ancestors...looking for my roots.

Happy Birthday Daddy...he would have been 74 today. I miss him desperately.

Wonderful....how nice to go somewhere far away to search for roots....and a red coat makes it more cheerful :-)

Such drama. Love your speck of red among all the sand and blue. Truth is, I see specks of red in the specks of sand.

I miss my mom, too, who would have been 84 this week.

I want to know how you EVER find a beach THAT deserted?! Our beaches have people on them even at 2:00 in the morning!!! That is a fabulous shot!

How wonderful! I think everybody should search for their roots at least once in their lifetime.
Thanks for stopping by :o)

Ireland, it isn't all green, but it is all wet ;-) Is there a connection between Ireland and your dad ? I'm sorry you have to miss him.
